Experience wellness as a way of being through the ancient healing art of Acupressure

Hi there, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

Jennifer Strilchuk is a licensed and insured acupressurist and Bach Flower Practitioner based in Abbotsford BC

I'm Jennifer, a licensed Acupressurist specializing in Five Element Acupressure.

With over two decades of experience in holistic health, my work is dedicated to helping others reconnect with their natural state of well-being.

At the heart of my practice is the understanding that wellness isn’t something to find, but something to remember — a way of being in connection with yourself, your body, and the world around you.

My approach weaves together the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine and Five Element Theory with timeless embodiment practices and Bach Flower Essences to cultivate harmony within the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

Kind Words

"Jennifer's treatments have been incredible. Acupressure has helped ease the scapula pain I experience from scoliosis and has brought me lasting relief. Her sessions also supported me through an emotionally difficult time, helping me feel less stuck after a break-up. Her care is both professional and compassionate. I always leave feeling so relaxed and balanced." - Natalie

"One of the biggest changes I've experienced from having acupressure is having more regular cycles. I had been struggling with irregular cycles for a long time and thought it was just something I had to live with. Once I started acupressure treatments with Jennifer, my cycle became regular, and cramping is way less intense. It's been such a relief to see these changes over time. Overall, I feel more in tune with my body!" -Genna

"Jennifer entered my life as no less than an angel when I needed one most. As a practitioner, her gentle and wise manner emanates a strength that is channeled to those she tends. She is a seasoned mother, an insightful guide, and a mindfully evolved human who has walked the path herself. Jennifer holds that space for others; that place of compassion, that can be gained only through facing one's own life truths. Therapeutically, she is a gift and a healer." -  Odette

"I tried acupressure for the first time a few months ago to help manage my anxiety, and it has truly made such a difference in my life. I used to feel like my anxiety couldn’t be managed, and every day I would wake up overwhelmed with it. However, acupressure has really changed my life. After my first visit, I was amazed at how different I felt, and with each session, my anxiety continued to improve. I feel calmer, more relaxed, lighter, and overall better than I have in years. Jennifer is such a sweet and amazing person. I’m not only grateful to have discovered acupressure but also to have met her. She’s very professional, explains each step of the treatment clearly, and always makes sure I feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the process." - VS
