My Path to Acupressure
For over 25 years, I worked as a Doula and Prenatal Educator, raising my own family while supporting others as they grew theirs. This work was deeply fulfilling, and it was an honor to walk alongside clients during such transformative years.
As my children grew into adulthood, I felt called to expand my care beyond the birthing years and support people through all seasons of life. Inspired by my own healing journey with Traditional Chinese Medicine and recovery from an autoimmune condition, I pursued a Diploma in Acupressure specializing in Five Element Theory.
As a mother of six and a former Birth Doula, I understand the enormity of bringing life into the world, raising a family, navigating work, and tending to our own health and well-being. I know how important it is to feel supported through it all. I bring this lived experience into my practice, offering Acupressure as a therapeutic practice to support clients in whatever season of life they are moving through.
If you feel called to explore how Acupressure can support you, I would love to connect.

Kind Words
"Jennifer entered my life as no less than an angel when I needed one most. As a practitioner, her gentle and wise manner emanates a strength that is channeled to those she tends. She is a seasoned mother, an insightful guide, and a mindfully evolved human who has walked the path herself. Jennifer holds that space for others; that place of compassion, that can be gained only through facing one's own life truths. Therapeutically, she is a gift and a healer."

"There are only a handful of times during a lifetime when you will meet someone and know that they have a special gift for what they do - Jennifer is one of them."
