What a Session Looks Like

Before Your Session

You’re welcomed into a calm, supportive space and invited to step away from the busyness of the day — to pause, reconnect with your body, and restore your energy. Each session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your concerns, goals, and how your body is feeling. From there, a personalized acupressure treatment plan is created using the principles of the Five Element Theory to guide your session.

During Your Treatment

You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the treatment, so wearing something comfortable and easy to move in is ideal. Gentle, sustained pressure is applied to specific points along the body’s meridians. For 45–60 minutes, you are invited to rest deeply while energy flow is restored,  tension begins to release, and your body is guided back into balance. 

After Your Session

As the session closes, we’ll discuss simple self-care and lifestyle practices you can integrate at home to extend the benefits of your session and support ongoing balance. Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed yet refreshed, with greater ease and balance throughout the body. Because acupressure supports the body’s natural ability to heal, improvements in sleep, digestion, mood, and vitality often continue to unfold over time.
